Schottky Barrier Diode for Mixer and Detector

NSVR201MX is an RF Schottky barrier diode in an X2DFN2 package, optimized for high‑frequency mixer applications. Its low forward voltage and low junction capacitance enable operation at very high frequencies, including sub‑millimeter wave bands. Typical applications include collision‑detection radar and Doppler radar systems. The compact X2DFN2 package measures 1.0 × 0.6 × 0.4 mm, making it one of the smallest packages available on the market and enabling significant PCB size reduction. The device is AEC‑Q101 qualified and PPAP capable, making it suitable for automotive applications.
