RF1A23D25 Semiconductor relay RF1, mini puck, 1-pole, 25 A, 24 - 280 V AC

The RF1 mini-puck semiconductor relay sets a new standard for semiconductor relays for mounting on heat sinks in OEM applications. It has only 30% of the volume of standard semiconductor relays in hockey-puck enclosure, with the same performance. The combination of wire bonding technology and direct bonding processes used for the production of the RF1 ensures a long service life of the semiconductor relay. The RF1 series is suitable for resistive loads. The zero-cross switching version (RF1A) switches ON when the voltage crosses the zero point. The instantaneous version (RF1B) switches immediately when the control voltage is applied. Switching ON and OFF occurs when the voltage crosses zero. Integrated suppressor diodes protect against overvoltage. A green LED indicates that the control voltage is present. Flat connectors allow for quick installation. The RF1 is equipped with a pre-applied heat-conducting surface on the base plate.
