This space-saving series is a further development of the semiconductor contactors for which Carlo Gavazzi is very well known. They offer a unique opportunity to save space in the control cabinet compared to the hockey pucks used previously. The RGC is ready to use thanks to its integrated heat sink. The smallest size with a width of 17.5 mm is available up to 37 A. The power and control terminals enable contact-proof cable routing. Available in several versions, they also offer a solution when quick installation is a priority. An integrated varistor protects the relay from overvoltage, while an LED indicates the switching status. The semiconductor relay is used, among other things, in injection moulding machines, extrusion machines, blow moulding machines, thermoforming machines, dryers, electric ovens, deep fryers, shrink tunnels, air treatment systems, sterilisation machines, climate chambers and furnaces, space heating.
