HSS step drills for drilling and deburring thin sheets, pipes and profiles made from various materials. All step drills are equipped with a three-surface shaft for secure torque transmission. HSS step drills with high-quality HICOAT coating HC-FEP are wear-resistant and can be used in the machining of steel, stainless steel (INOX), non-ferrous metals, thermoplastic and thermoset plastics. Step drills with HICOAT coating HC-FEP offer excellent warm hardness and oxidation resistance. They can therefore also be used on hard materials, without needing to add a coolant. The set contains 3 HSS step drills in 4 - 12 mm (9 steps), 4 - 20 mm (9 steps), 4 - 30 mm (14 steps) versions with high-quality HICOAT HC-FEP coating for industrial applications. All step drills are equipped with a three-surface shaft for secure torque transmission. The shatterproof plastic box protects the tools from dirt and damage. Fixing the HSS step drills makes it easier to select and remove the tools.
