The MCC5622 high-voltage ultrafast silicon rectifier is ideal for high reliability applications. These rectifiers are hermetically sealed with voidless-glass construction using an internal “Category I” metallurgical bond. Four levels of MIL-PRF-19500 equivalent product assurance are provided for each encapsulated device (JAN, JANTX, JANTXV and JANS) as specified in MIL-PRF-19500 testing specification. Microchip also offers numerous other rectifier products to meet higher and lower current ratings with various recovery time speed requirements including fast and ultrafast device types in both through-hold and surface mount packages.
