RKD2A60D50P Semiconductor relay RKD, dual control, 2-pole, 50A, 42 - 660 V A

The RK series are 2-pole semiconductor relays in a single enclosure where the poles can be controlled independently of each other (models RKD2..) or together (models RK2..). Both versions are available with load capacities of up to 600 V AC, 75 A AC per pole. The RK..C models are equipped with a connector in a 2.54-mm grid for control purposes. Pre-assembled cables suitable for RK..C are available as accessories. The RK..P models are supplied with a connector in a 5.08-mm grid for control. All poles are protected from overvoltage on the output side by integrated transils. An LED display is provided for each pole to visually display the control status. The RK is UL508 certified. The wire bonding process reduces the thermal and mechanical load on the power semiconductors, which enables a higher number of switching cycles compared to other manufacturing processes.
