This 1A, 100V Schottky barrier diode family is metallurgically bonded and hermetically sealed for military grade qualifications on “1N” prefixed number (1N6761), as well as "CDLL" prefixed numbers for packaged COTs components and "CD" prefixed for COTs die. Four levels of product assurance, JAN, JANTX, JANTXV and JANS are provided for each encapsulated device types as specified in MIL-PRF-19500/586 and two levels of product assurance (JANHC and JANKC) for each unencapsulated device type die. The device packages for the encapsulated device types are as follows: Axial leaded DO-204AL (formerly DO-41) and metal electrode leadless face (MELF) DO-213AB (UR).The average rectifier output current (Io) for this family is 1A, with working peak reverse voltages (Vrwm) of 100V, maximum forward voltages (Vf) of 0.38V to 0.69V and maximum reverse leakage currents (Ir) of 0.10mA at 25 Celsius and 12.0mA at 100 degrees Celsius, with a Ct of 70pf.
