The QG series of inclination sensors from DIS sensors measures inclination angles on 1 or 2 axes. These products are based on robust MEMS technology, which converts capacitance differences into analogue voltage in a micromechanical sensor chip. The analogue voltage is proportional to the angle at which the sensor is exposed. The modular concept allows the sensors to be easily adapted to specific requirements.
