The NH-U14S TR5-SP6 is a high-quality and quiet 140-mm CPU cooler for workstations and servers with AMD Threadripper and Epyc processors that use the sTR5/SP6 socket.

Based on the proven TR4-SP3 model with its large heatsink and contact area covering the entire heat spreader, the TR5-SP6 update uses 2 of the award-winning, PWM-controlled 140-mm NF-A15 fans for maximum performance and outstanding acoustics. Together with the pre-applied NT-H2 thermal compound and the professional sTR5/SP6 SecuFirm2™ mounting system, the NH-U14S TR5-SP6 provides a complete premium package for quiet cooling of sTR5-based Threadripper workstations and SP6-based Epyc servers.

Caution: Please note that the NH-U14S TR5-SP6 is a special version for AMD sTR5/SP6 sockets. Owing to the larger contact area, it cannot be used on smaller sockets and is not compatible with the Noctua mounting kits for these sockets.
