It operates over a 1.8 V to 3.6 V supply and –40°C to +125°C automotive Grade 1 range. With 10 trillion read/write cycle endurance, 121-year data retention, instant non-volatile writes, and on-die ECC/CRC, it is ideal for applications needing fast, reliable, and frequent non-volatile storage.
