It supports Quad SPI with up to 102 MBps DDR and 83 MBps SDR, operating from 1.7 V to 2.0 V. With up to 2,560,000 program-erase cycles per sector and 25 years data retention, it features ISO 26262 ASIL B compliance, ECC, CRC, SafeBoot, and advanced sector protection for automotive and industrial use.
