The S25HL02GTFABHV053 is a 2 Gb SEMPER™ NOR Flash built on Infineon's 45-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology for automotive and industrial reliability. It features a dual-die package, supports Quad SPI up to 166 MHz SDR and 102 MHz DDR, and delivers ISO 26262 ASIL B functional safety. Endurance flex architecture enables high-endurance partitions and long retention. Built-in ECC corrects single-bit errors and detects double-bit errors.
