The S28HS256TGZBHM010 is a 256 Mbit HS-T SEMPER™ NOR flash with octal interface (8D-8D-8D/8S-8S-8S) for automotive embedded code and data storage. It runs from 1.7 V to 2.0 V over -40°C to 125°C, supports SDR 166 MHz and DDR 200 MHz for up to 400 MByte/s, is JESD251 xSPI compliant, and integrates ECC (SECDED), interface and data-integrity CRC, SafeBoot, AutoBoot, and Endurance Flex wear leveling.
