The S28HS256TGZBHB813 is a 256 Mb SEMPER™ NOR flash with octal interface, built on Infineon's 45 nm MIRRORBIT™ technology. It supports SDR up to 166 MBps and DDR up to 400 MBps at 1.8 V, with hybrid sector architecture. Key safety features include ISO 26262 ASIL B/D compliance, Endurance Flex for configurable endurance and retention, and ECC. Qualified to AEC-Q100 Grade 2 (-40°C to +105°C), it offers robust protection and secure OTP in a compact 24-ball BGA package.
