It operates from 1.7 V to 2.0 V over -40 to 105°C (AEC‑Q100 Grade 2). Read bandwidth reaches 400 MByte/s with SDR at 166 MHz or DDR at 200 MHz. It is RoHS- and halogen-free, and supports ISO 26262 compliance with ECC, CRC, SafeBoot, and AutoBoot features.
