S28HL256TFPBHB010 is a 256 Mbit SEMPER™ NOR flash for automotive, ISO 26262-compliant systems, using an octal interface (8S-8S-8S, 8D-8D-8D) with JESD251 support. It runs from 2.7 V to 3.6 V over -40 to 105°C. HL-T supports 166 MHz SDR/DDR (up to 333 MByte/s), and integrates ECC, interface CRC, and data integrity CRC for robust code storage, including boot firmware and calibration data.
