It features a 240 MHz ARM Cortex-M7 core with double-precision FPU, 384 KB SRAM, 4160 KB flash, and 128 KB work flash. Integrated graphics engine with 2 MB VRAM, video-in/out, and LVDS/MIPI support. Connectivity includes 4 CAN-FD, 2 LIN 2.0, 2 CXPI, 1 Ethernet (10/100), and 12 SCB blocks. Security is ensured with HSM, ISO 21434 and ISO 26262 compliance.
