JANSR2N7616UBCN is a N-channel MOSFET with 60V/0.8A rating and a R7 UBC package. It is rad hard, QPL qualified and can operate in radiation environments up to 100krad(Si) TID. The R7 device maintains single event gate rupture and burnout immunity over full operating temperature and post radiation. It is ideal for interfacing with CMOS and TTL control circuits and can increase output current.
