IRHNS57Z60SCS is a rad hard single N-channel MOSFET with 30V, 75A ratings in a SupIR-SMD package. These R5 MOSFETs deliver electrical performance up to 100krad(Si) TID with QIRL classification and are perfect for space applications. They have low RDS(on) and low gate charge, making them ideal for DC-DC converters and motor control, and retain all the advantages of MOSFETs.
