IRHMB7360SE R4 rad hard HEXFET MOSFET is a 200V, 35A N-channel device in a TO-254AA tabless low ohmic package. Radiation-hardened for space applications, with electrical performance up to 100krad(TID) and COTS classification, it has low RDS(on) and gate charge, reducing power losses for DC-DC converters and motors. It retains MOSFET advantages, such as voltage control, fast switching, and temperature stability of electrical parameters.
