IRHMB7260 R4 rad hard HEXFET MOSFET is an N-channel device in a TO-254AA tabless low ohmic package, with a 200V rating, 35A current, and electrical performance up to 100krad(TID). It's a COTS device, radiation-hardened for space applications, with low RDS(on) and gate charge for low power losses in DC-DC converters and motor control. A reliable and stable MOSFET with voltage control and fast switching.
