The IRHMB57064 N-channel MOSFET is a rad hard, single device with a 60V, 45A rating.Using R5 technology, it has a TO-254AA tabless low ohmic package for performance up to 100krad(Si) TID. With low RDS(on) and gate charge, these MOSFETs reduce power losses in switching applications like DC-DC converters and motor control. They retain all the established advantages of MOSFETs, such as fast switching and voltage control.
