IRHF597230SCS is a R5, rad hard, -200V, -4.5A, single, P-channel MOSFET in a TO-205AF package. With low RDS(on) and total gate charge, it reduces power loss in switching applications and retains all the advantages of MOSFETs, such as voltage control and fast switching. It has electrical performance up to 100krad(Si) TID with QIRL classification.
