The S28HS01GTGZBHB030 is a 1 Gb SEMPER™ NOR flash memory using Infineon's 45-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology. It supports octal SPI (JEDEC JESD251) with SDR up to 200 MBps and DDR up to 400 MBps. Operating from 1.7 V to 2.0 V or 2.7 V to 3.6 V, it meets industrial and automotive grades (-40°C to +125°C, AEC-Q100). Features include Endurance Flex architecture, ECC, interface CRC, advanced sector protection, SafeBoot, and AutoBoot. It is suitable for automotive and industrial use.
