S28HS01GTGZBHB030 is a 1.0 Gbit SEMPER™ NOR flash for automotive systems, using an octal interface compliant with JEDEC JESD251. It operates from 1.7 V to 2.0 V across -40°C to 105°C, and supports 166 MHz SDR and 200 MHz DDR for up to 400 MByte/s reads. Functional-safety features include ECC (SECDED), interface and data integrity CRC, and SafeBoot for initialization/configuration fault reporting.
