The S25HS512TFAMHI013 is a 512 Mb SEMPER™ NOR Flash with Infineon's 45-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology and Quad SPI interface, supporting up to 102 MBps DDR read speed at 1.8 V. It features flexible sector architectures, ISO 26262 ASIL-B compliance, Endurance Flex for up to 1,280,000 program-erase cycles, and 25 years data retention. Advanced ECC, SafeBoot, CRC, and sector-level protection enhance reliability. Operating from 1.7 V to 2.0 V across -40°C to +125°C (AEC-Q100 Grade 1).
