The S25HS02GTDPBHV150 is a 2 Gb SEMPER™ NOR Flash memory using Infineon's 45-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology in a dual-die package. Operating at 1.8 V, it supports Quad SPI with SDR speeds up to 83 MBps and DDR up to 102 MBps. Features include ISO26262 ASIL B compliance, Endurance flex architecture, ECC with SECDED, minimum 2,560,000 program-erase cycles, 25 years retention, advanced sector protection, and automotive temperature range (-40°C to +105°C, AEC-Q100 grade 2).
