S80KS2562GABHA023 is a 256 Mb HYPERRAM self-refresh DRAM with a 1.8 V HYPERBUS interface (DDR, 8-bit DQ plus RWDS, CS#, and RESET#). It supports up to 200 MHz clock (400 MBps) with 35 ns maximum access time and configurable burst types (linear or wrapped 16/32/64/128 B). Automotive AEC-Q100 Grade 3 (-40°C to 85°C) in 24-ball 1.00 mm pitch FBGA; VCC 1.7 V to 2.0 V and deep power-down up to 15 µA at 105°C.
