The S29GL512T12TFVV10 is a 512 Mb (64 MB) parallel MIRRORBIT™ flash memory built on 45-nm technology. It operates from a single 2.7 V to 3.6 V supply, supports ×8/×16 data bus and asynchronous page read with access times as fast as 15 ns. Uniform 128 KB sectors, a 512-byte programming buffer, and internal ECC enable reliable program/erase up to 100,000 cycles. Advanced sector protection and AEC-Q100 grade options suit automotive, industrial, and networking applications.
