The S29GL512T12TFN010 is a 512 Mb (64 MB) GL-T MIRRORBIT™ NOR flash memory with a 3.0 V core and versatile I/O voltage from 1.65 V to VCC. It supports ×8/×16 data bus, asynchronous 32-byte page read, and a 512-byte programming buffer. With random access as fast as 120 ns and page access as fast as 15 ns, it is ideal for embedded code and data storage. Advanced sector protection, internal ECC, 100,000 program/erase cycles, and 20-year data retention ensure high reliability.
