It delivers random access times as fast as 110 ns, page access as fast as 25 ns, and supports 512-byte buffer programming. With up to 100,000 program/erase cycles, 20-year data retention, and -40°C to +105°C operation, it is ideal for high-reliability automotive and industrial embedded applications.
