The S29GL128S10FHB010 is a 128 Mb parallel NOR flash memory based on 65 nm MIRRORBIT™ Eclipse technology. It features a 16-bit data bus, I/O voltage from 1.65 V to 3.6 V, 90 ns random access, 15 ns page mode, a 512-byte write buffer, single 2.7 V to 3.6 V supply, uniform 128 KB sectors, advanced sector protection, and built-in ECC. With 100,000 program/erase cycles, 20-year data retention, and AEC-Q100 qualification, it is ideal for embedded, industrial, and automotive uses.
