Built on MIRRORBIT™ technology and ECLIPSE architecture, it supports Quad and DDR I/O modes, hybrid and uniform sector options, and robust data protection with ECC, OTP, and advanced sector protection. Operating from -40°C to +105°C (AEC-Q100 Grade 2), it is ideal for automotive ECUs. It supports 100,000 program-erase cycles and 20-year data retention.
