S70KS1282GABHV023 is a 128 Mb HYPERRAM™ self-refresh DRAM (PSRAM) using the HYPERBUS™ interface. It operates from 1.7 V to 2.0 V VCC/VCCQ and supports up to 200 MHz DDR transfers for up to 400 MBps (3,200 Mbps) bandwidth with 35 ns maximum access time. It supports linear and wrapped bursts and offers hybrid sleep and deep power down in a 24-ball FBGA package.
