The S70KS1282GABHB030 is a 128 Mb HYPERRAM™ self-refresh DRAM (PSRAM) with a DDR HYPERBUS™ interface. It supports 200 MHz clocking for up to 400 MBps throughput and 35 ns max access time. This 1.8 V-only device uses an 8-bit DQ bus with CS#, RESET#, and RWDS strobe/mask, and offers configurable burst characteristics. It is offered in a 24-ball 1.00 mm pitch FBGA and includes a DCARS option for improved read timing margin.
