The S29GL512T11TFIV20 is a 512 Mb (64 MB) parallel NOR flash memory using 45-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology, with a 3.0 V core and I/O voltage from 1.65 V to VCC. It features random access times down to 100 ns, page access as fast as 15 ns, and a 512-byte programming buffer for rapid data throughput. Supporting ×8/×16 bus widths, advanced sector protection, internal ECC, and AEC-Q100 qualification, it is ideal for automotive and embedded code storage in harsh environments.
