The S29GL512T11TFB020 is a 512 Mb (64 MB) parallel NOR flash memory using 45-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology, with a 3.0 V core and I/O voltage from 1.65 V to VCC. It features ×8/×16 bus, 15 ns page read access, and a 512-byte programming buffer for fast operation. Uniform 128 KB sectors, internal ECC, and advanced sector protection ensure reliability. With up to 125°C operation and AEC-Q100 qualification, it suits automotive and industrial code storage.
