S70KL1282GABHI023 is a 128 Mb HYPERRAM self-refresh DRAM (PSRAM) with HYPERBUS interface, CS#, RESET#, RWDS, and an 8-bit DDR DQ[7:0] bus. It supports 200 MHz clocking for up to 400 MBps throughput (3,200 Mbps) and 35 ns max access time. Operating ranges are 2.7 V to 3.60 V supply and -40°C to +85°C (Industrial). Supported power modes include hybrid sleep and deep power down. It comes in a 24-ball FBGA (5 x 5, 1.00 mm pitch).
