The S70GL02GT12FHIV10 is a 2 Gb (256 MB) parallel NOR flash memory using 45 nm MIRRORBIT™ technology in a dual-die stack. It operates from a single 3.0 V supply (2.7 V to 3.6 V), with I/O voltage from 1.65 V to VCC, and supports ×8/×16 data bus. With 120 ns random and 20 ns page access, it features a 512-byte programming buffer and 2048 uniform 128 KB sectors.
