The S29GL512T10FHI010 is a 512 Mb (64 MB) parallel NOR flash memory using 45-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology, with 3.0 V operation and I/O voltage from 1.65 V to VCC. It features 100 ns random access, 15 ns page access, and a 512-byte programming buffer. Advanced sector protection, hardware ECC, and 100,000 program/erase cycles with 20-year retention ensure reliability. Qualified to AEC-Q100, it is ideal for automotive, industrial, and embedded code or data storage applications.
