The S29GL512T10DHI023 is a 512 Mb (64 MB) parallel NOR flash memory based on 45-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology, offering random access as fast as 100 ns and page access as fast as 15 ns. Operating from a 2.7 V to 3.6 V supply, it supports ×8/×16 data bus, features a 512-byte programming buffer, internal ECC, and advanced sector protection. With 100,000 program/erase cycles and AEC-Q100 automotive qualification, it is ideal for automotive and industrial code storage.
