The S29GL512T10DHA020 is a 512 Mb (64 MB) parallel NOR flash memory based on 45-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology, operating from a single 2.7 V to 3.6 V supply with versatile I/O (1.65 V to VCC). It offers x8/x16 data bus, random access as fast as 100 ns, and page mode read at 15 ns. Features include a 512-byte programming buffer, hardware ECC for single-bit error correction, advanced sector protection, and endurance of 100,000 program/erase cycles with 20-year data retention.
