The S29GL512S12TFIV20 is a 512 Mb parallel NOR flash memory using 65 nm MIRRORBIT™ Eclipse technology, with a 16-bit data bus and versatile I/O supporting 1.65 V to 3.6 V. It delivers random access times down to 120 ns and page access as fast as 15 ns, plus a 512-byte programming buffer for fast writes. Uniform 128-kbyte sectors, advanced sector protection, and internal ECC enhance data integrity.
