The S29GL512S12TFBV10 is a 512 Mb parallel MIRRORBIT™ Eclipse flash memory, built on 65 nm technology for high-density and fast access. It features a 16-bit data bus, asynchronous random access as fast as 100 ns, and page mode read at 15 ns. Programming uses a 512-byte buffer, supporting up to 100,000 program/erase cycles and 20 years data retention. Operating from 2.7 V to 3.6 V with versatile I/O, it offers robust sector protection, ECC, and AEC-Q100 grades.
