The S29GL512S12FHIV20 is a 512 Mb parallel NOR flash memory using 65 nm MIRRORBIT™ Eclipse technology, featuring a 16-bit data bus and asynchronous page-mode read with 120 ns random access and 15 ns page access. It operates from a single 2.7 V to 3.6 V supply, supports versatile I/O (1.65 V to VCC), and industrial plus temperature (–40°C to +105°C).
