The S29GL512S12DHIV20 is a 512 Mb parallel NOR flash memory using 65 nm MIRRORBIT™ Eclipse technology, with a 3.0 V core and versatile I/O (1.65 V to VCC). It features a 16-bit data bus, asynchronous read with 120 ns random access and 15 ns page access, and a 512-byte programming buffer for fast writes. Advanced sector protection, internal ECC, 100,000 program/erase cycles, and 20-year data retention ensure high reliability for demanding embedded and automotive applications.
