The S29GL512S11TFV013 is a 512 Mb parallel NOR flash memory with a 3.0 V core and versatile I/O (1.65 V to VCC), built on 65 nm MIRRORBIT™ Eclipse technology. It delivers random access times of 110 ns and page mode read as fast as 25 ns. Key features include a 16-bit data bus, 512-byte programming buffer, uniform 128 kbyte sectors, advanced sector protection, internal ECC, and AEC-Q100 Grade 2 (-40°C to +105°C) qualification.
