The S29GL01GS10TFA020 is a 1 Gb MIRRORBIT™ Eclipse flash memory for embedded systems. Built on 65 nm technology, it operates with a 3.0 V core and versatile I/O (1.65 V to VCC), offering page access times as fast as 15 ns and random access down to 100 ns. Uniform 128 kB sectors, a 512-byte programming buffer, and internal ECC ensure robust data integrity. The device supports 100,000 program/erase cycles and 20-year retention, with operation up to 105°C.
