It delivers random access times as fast as 100 ns and page access times down to 15 ns. Programming uses a 512-byte buffer for high-speed write operations. Advanced sector protection and integrated ECC ensure data integrity. The device supports 100,000 program/erase cycles, 20-year data retention, and operates from -40°C to +105°C.
