The S25FL512SAGBHVD13 is a 512 Mb (64 MB) SPI Multi-I/O NOR flash memory featuring Infineon's MIRRORBIT™ technology and Eclipse™ architecture for improved program and erase performance. Supporting single, dual, and quad SPI modes plus DDR commands, it achieves up to 80 MBps read rates and 1.5 MBps page programming. Operating from 2.7 V to 3.6 V core and 1.65 V to 3.6 V I/O, it delivers 100,000 program/erase cycles and 20-year data retention.
