The S29GL256P11TFI020 is a 256 Mbit, 3.0 V page-mode Flash memory device using 90 nm MirrorBit technology. It features uniform 64 Kword (128 Kbyte) sectors, VersatileIO control for I/O voltages from 1.65 V to VCC, and a 25 ns page access time. With a 32-word/64-byte write buffer, advanced sector protection, program/erase suspend and resume, 20-year data retention, and 100,000 erase cycles per sector, it is ideal for embedded systems needing high density and reliability.
